Fact Fluency with Fastt Math
The district has adopted Fastt Math, a Scholastic computer-based fact fluency intervention that works with the Scholastic Achievement Manager (SAM) to monitor the growth of students' computational skills.  Student data and feedback from staff indicates that fact fluency remains an area of needed emphasis for a certain percentage of our student population.  Each student with an account will work for 10 minutes per day in a customized computer-based module that sets targets for growth and keeps track of progress.  Once fact fluency is mastered, the student is unenrolled and ready for higher order mathematics challenges.   That computes!
