WHS Goals/Assessment Update-

Kari Lutter, Scott Mantei, and Dave Vitale provided updates and information on the District's current and upcoming computer-based assessments, the Badger Exam 3-8 and ACT Aspire for grades 9-10.  Sample test items and student reports were also reviewed. Mr. Mantei shared plans for how WHS will use the assessment data to measure student and school progress toward instructional goals.  

Curriculum and Program Updates

A team of WHS teachers led by Jana Zimmerman is pursuing an application for interested students to be credentialed with a Global Education Achievement Certificate that is sponsored by the DPI.  Successful students will complete specified coursework as well as a community/global service project among other school-sanctioned activities.
