• WKCE-CRT Test Dates: October 23 - November 24 (September 1 - November 24 for ELLs taking WAA ; October 2 - November 24 for SwDs taking WAA)

• Testing minutes are reduced from 2005 (see blue box for total times)

• 2 test booklets will be used for tests at grades 4, 8, and 10.  Book 1 will contain the Reading, Math, and Science subtests.  Book 2 will contain Language Arts, Social Studies, and Writing.
• Below are the total number of minutes reduced from each test in 2005 and the new total testing duration for 2006:

Grade  3:  30  minutes  (4 hours 15 mins total testing time)
Grade  4:  65  minutes  (6 hours 45 mins total testing time)
Grade  5:  45  minutes  (4 hours 20 mins total testing time)
Grade  6:  60  minutes  (4 hours 35 mins total testing time)
Grade  7:  60  minutes  (4 hours 35 mins total testing time)
Grade  8:  95  minutes  (7 hours 5 mins total testing time)
Grade 10: 125 minutes (6 hours 10 mins total testing time)
