Certified Staff Evaluation Information
The primary objectives in the teacher evaluation program are to improve instruction, promote professional growth, assure quality, and develop and maintain quality, respectful dialogue in our buildings about teaching and learning.  With this in mind, the following process has been developed for the evaluation of all certified staff.

1. Create a teacher supervision/evaluation process that is consistent across the district.
 
2. Create a teacher supervision/evaluation process aligned to the Wisconsin Teacher Standards.

3. Identify professional practice objectives and indicators of success.

4. Establish a model of teacher supervision/evaluation that supports teacher learning.

Among the components is a list of evaluation options for non-probationary teachers to choose from (see blue box).  Additional details will be discussed in our buildings prior to any new tools or methods being used.  Contact Dave Vitale if you have questions or to request electronic forms.    All forms that require written communication may be filled in electronically and printed.
