ConnectEd assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user communications or profiles. ConnectEd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof. By using Student Centers and Student Center Groups, you acknowledge that the school district or institution in which you are employed has established policies that delineate Acceptable Use of computers and technology for staff and students. You also acknowledge that you understand these policies as well as federal and state laws and guidelines for student use of the Internet. Pursuant to this, you have secured parent permission, where necessary, for student use of the Student Center and its components.

ConnectEd acts as a venue for individuals to network, communicate, and instruct, and for searchers to read and review profiles and content posted on the site. ConnectEd does not screen or censor profiles, Roundtables, or the Message Center, but may remove content deemed offensive or inappropriate as determined by the Management Team. ConnectEd is not involved in any transaction between individuals and organizations. As a result, ConnectEd has no control over user content or quality posted on the site, the truth or accuracy of the profiles, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to individuals or the ability of individuals to serve in professional roles. This site operates as is and as available, without liability of any kind. Changes to the site may occur without the notification of members. ConnectEd is not responsible for events or actions beyond the direct control of its management team or sponsors.
